TANGO’S OLD FASHIONED BEEF – STEW

STEW SUCCESS FOR EVERY CHEF! TASTY, AND NUTRITIOUS 

1 Cup flour, with salt & pepper & 1 t. of paprika 

2 lbs. TANGO’S GRASS FED & FINISHED STEW BEEF 

Place flour mixture in a plastic bag put stew beef in & give a good bit of shaking… this will “dust” the beef cubes with the flour mixture 

3 T. of cooking oil: coconut, avocado, olive oil mixed with butter 

Melt in oil & butter in a frypan, and “brown” the floured cubes… turning around in the frypan until nicely browned. Take browned cubes out of the pan, and add some beef broth/water to the au jus drippings in the frypan… use for stew broth 

Place in a crockpot or a pan for long cooking in the oven, 

2 large white onions, sliced & diced 1 crumbled bay leaf 1 crushed clove of garlic A few sprigs of rosemary, thyme, sage 1 T Worcestershire sauce 1 can crushed tomatoes 2 cups of beef broth 2 quarts of water 

Cook in crockpot LOW for 4 hrs., or OVEN for 5-6 hrs. at 225 degrees 

Separately cook the vegetables desired (potatoes, carrots, turnips, and ADD to the stew + gravy after the end of the stew is fully cooked. This ensures that the vegetables will have their own unique tastes, and the stew will have it’s own wonderful TANGO’S GRASS FED BEEF taste! 

Make fresh bisquits to serve with … no more work needed! Serves 4-6
